US - Accounting

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager / Manager – US Accounting with 8–15 years of experience to lead end-to-end accounting operations. This role involves managing a team, overseeing financial reporting, and handling internal and US-based client relationships while ensuring full compliance with IFRS & US GAAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP & IFRS and internal controls.
• Develop & update financial models, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring productivity and development.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and US-based clients, ensuring high service quality.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across accounting functions.

Required Skill Set:

• B.Com / CA / CA Inter/ CPA
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in US accounting or a multinational environment
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting
